What payment options are available?

We accept most credit cards. Alternative payments are available via Wero and Alipay. We also offer bank transfer after receipt of invoice.

What is the difference between a Full Event Ticket and a ptc Conference Ticket?

The ptc Conference ticket covers the whole ptc Conference and ptc Exhibition, full catering during the event and the ptc get-together. You also get access to our program on Thursday afternoon.

The Full Event ticket adds to that the opportunity to attend one of our EITEP training courses on Monday.

Is catering included?

The catering will have a wide selection and presented in buffet form. The individual dishes are marked so that you can compose the dishes, for example, halal, vegetarian or vegan. You can find out allergens directly from the staff on site.

Catering is included in all tickets except:

• Exhibition tickets without catering
• Student tickets
• Press tickets
• Exhibition Setup tickets

You can always book a catering option on a day-to-day basis at our information desk.

Are there any discounts available for groups or early registration?

When you buy 5 tickets or more, you are eligible for a special discount. Get in touch with us at ptc@eitep.de.

There is no Early Bird discount.

Are the social events included in the registration fee?

The ptc get-together on Tuesday is included in the registration fee. The ptc Networking Dinner on Wednesday is can be booked separate or as add-on to your ticket.

Is there a deadline for registration?

You can purchase tickets at any time, even during the event.

However, we strongly recommend booking as early as feasible. This helps us to ensure a smooth event and gives you enough time to prepare for the event. Please do not forget to book an accommodation - the Estrel might be fully booked.

Can VAT be refunded? (Only net prices are shown in the ticket shop)

Yes, you can have the VAT on your tickets refunded:

• If the invoice recipient is based in Germany, the standard VAT process applies as part of the domestic tax circulation system.
• If the invoice recipient is within the EU, you can claim the VAT refund through the Federal Central Tax Office in Germany (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern, BZSt). More information is available here: VAT Refund for EU Businesses.
• If the invoice recipient is outside the EU, VAT can also be refunded via the Federal Central Tax Office in Germany. For details, visit: VAT Refund for Non-EU Businesses.

For invoices related to other services (e.g., exhibitions, sponsorships), they are generally issued VAT-free outside of Germany under Reverse Charge mechanisms, which do not apply for event tickets.

Please note: The Pipeline Technology Conference is a B2B only event. These information do not apply to end customers, which are not addressed by our event.

Where can I get an online-only ticket?

ptc is not made available for online participation.

Can I get an invitation letter for my visa application?

Yes, we issue invitation letters, but only after full payment of the order. You can add an invitation letter as add-on to your ticket during checkout, and enter your personal details. The invitation letter will automatically be issued after full payment has been made.

Please note: Please apply as early as possible for a visa since the application process might take months.
